Job Position: Marketing Manager
Job Type: Permanent, Full-time
Annual Salary：$70,000 - $100,000
Work Hour: 40 hours/week
Work Location: 148-13071 Vanier Place, Richmond, BC V7C 1A4
With the development of our company, we are looking for an experienced, enthusiastic and self-motivated Marketing Manager to join us.
Job Duties:
- Conduct real estate market research and competitiveness research, carry out market trends forecast and intelligence analysis to advise on company decision-making
- Formulate and implement the annual market expansion plan, seek business development opportunities and submit feasibility analysis reports
- Expand property promotional and sales channels and establish cooperative relationships with clients, real estate agencies and media
- Provide information and address inquiries for existing and potential channel partners by emails, phone and in-person
- Develop and implement strategic real estate marketing and sales plans within budgets to achieve corporate objectives
- Run marketing campaigns for property developments and launches and organize promotional materials production
- Identify the appropriate media for advertisement purposes and ensure a consistent voice on various media channels
- Monitor social media accounts to create a positive corporate image and entice potential clients and partners
- Evaluate marketing activity performance by analyzing key metrics and creating comprehensive reports
- Collect feedback from clients and partners for future improvement on property projects and relevant services
- Act as a spokesman for the company to deal with external public relations affairs
Job Requirements:
Qualifications:
- A college diploma in marketing, business administration or related field
- Minimum three years of marketing and channel development experience
- Strong organizational, analytical, multitasking and decision-making skills
- Excellent communicative and interpersonal skills
- Creative, detail-oriented and able to work in a fast-paced environment
