Responsibilities:
(1)Establish annual and monthly goals for the financial department, including objectives for turnover, profit, exchange rate, inventory, and finance source
(2)Manage and lead the financial department in analyst of finance and investment performance, provide a layer of quality assurance to alert management and investigation activities
(3)Oversee processes to gain effectiveness and efficiencies of financial investment and related projects as demand
(4)Oversee the preparation of the annual and quarterly financial statements, and monthly reporting package of the company
(5)Lead the financial department in preparation and analysis of financial information
(6)Review and interpret financial data to provide relevant and reliable information and make appropriate business recommendations to the senior management team
(7)Supervise the finance team in planning and development of budgets for the financial department, implementation of action plans
(8)Coordinate, develop and update written policies and procedures over the financial reporting process
(9)Maintain and strengthen internal controls over the financial reporting system of the company
(10)Recruit and develop training plans and train new staff of the financial department as needed
(11)Act as the bridge between the company and shareholders, or other related organizations in finance area
(12)Develop and maintain the integrity of the financial reporting process and financial controls
(13)Coordinate and support other departments as required

- Education: A diploma is required
- At least five (5) years of work experience in financial management or related positions
- At least two (2) years of work experience in financial manager or higher positions
- A team player who thrives on contributing to a high performance team
- Energetic, motivated, able to make things happen
- A high performer with ability to work to deadlines
