Job Description:
Main Duties:
Assess characteristics of the wine portfolio to be promoted and advise on the advertisement need of the winery
Develop and execute marketing/promotion plans and strategies to drive and accelerate sales and profit growth to meet company objectives
Develop brand strategy, including setting style guides and brand vision
Plan and implement all communications on traditional and new media (ex: Instagram, Google Ads, etc.)
Lead and oversee marketing campaigns with innovative strategies
Measure the success of marketing campaigns and report to management
Oversee the preparation of materials, including presentations, flyers, posters, and other marketing materials
Plan and organize public events like live streaming, art exhibitions, music festivals.
Monitor market trends and coordinate sales and market research
Provide direction and support with the effective use of technologies/tools/software for marketing activities (ex: Sprinklr, Hootsuite, CRM software, Tableau, Datawrapper, Mailchimp etc.)
Identify opportunities for innovation and improvements by using technologies and software
Manage and develop B2B marketing channels through hospitality partners in Canadian and Asian markets
Establish and maintain relationships with current and potential distribution contacts
Analyze sales forecasts/relevant financial and report on product sales
Job Requirements:
Employment Requirements:
University degree in business related field, preferably in marketing or communications
5+ years of experience in sales or marketing
Outstanding communication skills; bilingual is an asset
Self-motivated and highly accountable
Eager team player with strong interpersonal skills
Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills
Highly effective project management, multi-tasking, and time management skills
WSET certificate preferred, but not required
