Job duties:
Collaborate with the Marketing team to grow, qualify, and prioritize the lead pipeline for WestBlue Construction Ltd.; Establish objectives and methods for advertising, and executing approved programs as required;
Provide suggestions to the marketing manager on promotions or marketing events and strategies;
Create and implement direct multichannel marketing campaigns, including online or offline channels;
Provide support for client-facing events, internal and external communication, and other market-positioning activities;
Coordinate marketing deadlines, initiatives, and deliverables for both internal teams and external partners;
Create and implement communications strategies and direct multichannel communications activities to introduce WestBlue Construction Ltd to society, including both internal teams, external partners, and clients;
Collect, analyze and develop reports of public opinion to determine the target audience, the marketing trends, and concerns for WestBlue Construction Ltd.;
Oversee and prepare website landing page content, reports, updates, maintenance and other marketing materials of WestBlue Construction Ltd.;
Plan the events, meetings, and activities for increasing influence and charitable purposes;
Sponsor, keep in contact, and maintain friendly relationships with the media. Build and maintain networking with the social media on various platforms;
Review, analyze and improve lead generation campaigns;
Coordinate promotions and advertising events for both internal teams and external partners to increase marketing share;
Assist marketing manager with marketing research, analyze and develop reports;
Work with other departments as demand.

At least 1 years of marketing experience in the construction industry is required.
Able to work in a fast-paced, corporate environment, while multitasking priorities within deadlines.
Extremely organized and detail-oriented.
Critical thinker and a self-initiated quick learner.
Ability to build great reports for digital initiatives
