Develop advertising strategies to increase customer interest
Develop and organize advertising campaigns and activities including traditional and social media to maintain brand and promote sales
Provide expert advice on advertising and promoting methods for products and services
Manage advertising schedule, trafficking, and overall production efforts
Maintain brand guidelines and standards across internal and external communications
Manage operation of various brand advertising media, including website, Facebook, and Instagram
Conduct analysis of advertising campaign performance and evaluate strengths and weaknesses to make recommendations to optimize advertising spend and advertising placements
Monitor and analyze the competitors advertising activities, and make recommendations to improve competitive strategies
Participate in recruiting and training of new staff
Compensation: $42 per hour / 40 hours per week / 52 weeks per year

Bachelors degree in business, advertising, or a related field
A minimum of 5 years experience in advertising, marketing, or a relevant field
Language: English
Experience of developing advertising strategies based on industry trends
Experience of producing digital advertising campaigns
Excellent sales and presentation skills
Demonstrate an innovative, collaborative, and forward-thinking approach
Strong analytical, creative, and organizational skills
Strong Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint skills
Good understanding of web, mobile and social media channels
