Job Description:
• Collect and organize company files and records so they remain updated and easily accessible
• Prepare company letters or other official documents as instructed by company management
• Answer telephones and other inquiries, and redirect to appropriate personnel or department
• Sort and distribute incoming mail and prepare outgoing mail (envelopes, packages, etc.)
• Receive, process, validate authorizations and reconcile supplier invoices and match purchase orders
• Utilize office appliances such as photocopier, printers and computers for word processing, spreadsheet creation etc.
• Print and distribute daily/weekly special and new arrivals throughout the store
• Maintain and monitor the inventory of office supplies (paper clips, stationery etc.) by ordering online or making purchase as well as arranging servicing of office equipment when needed
• May support the accounting department with other duties as assigned such as issuing invoices and payment, verifying receipts and expenditures as well as preparing bank deposits
Job Requirements:
• No previous experienced required
• Minimum Education: Completion of secondary school
• Familiarity with office procedures and basic accounting principles
• Basic skill with MS Office
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
• Good organizational and multi-tasking abilities
• Excellent communication skills
