Collections Job

Accounting Now has partnered in hiring for a collections specialist working in the financial services industry. This is a full time opportunity working a standard Monday- Friday schedule and has hybrid work capabilities (3 days in office / 2 days remote). A summary of the responsibilities includes:

• Handles incoming calls regarding customer requests with past due payments


• Updates client profile with address changes, payment update and other


• Assists with escalated requests regarding payments


• Coordinate payment plans

Qualifications:

• Bachelor Degree, preferred


• Excellent communication skills written & verbal


• High accuracy and attention to detail


• Proficient using MS Word/Excel

Compensation and Benefits:

The compensation for this position starts at $16.00 an hour. Your actual pay rate will be determined based upon your skills, knowledge and abilities including work experience.
