Our Regional Sales Manager has knowledge of the sales cycle through multiple distribution channels with experience in Apparel Decoration/Textile Graphics, Sign, and/or Digital Print OR other textile-related Industries. We respect ALL talent from ALL areas of textiles who are strong in sales.


Our Sales Rep is ready to be in front of a variety of decision makers including business owners and executives, purchasing managers, designers, influencers, strategic partners, and end-users.


The perfect candidate for this position will be able to quickly discern who their audience is, the level of knowledge the audience has, what their role in or benefit to the process is and why it is important to treat everyone the same. This requires a creative, personable, presentable person who will be a quick learner with strong negotiating skills, and the ability to showcase our offerings in a compelling and exciting way!

What qualifies you?



  • College degree or relevant experience in business, sales, etc

  • Proven b2b sales experience (5 yr), Manufacturer sales preferred

  • Knowledge of distribution markets: Sign, Digital & Textile Graphics industry knowledge preferred or other textiles markets

  • Strong leadership, negotiation and presentation skills

  • A proven track record of meeting assigned revenue goals

  • Excellent verbal and written communication and customer service skills

  • Computer and application literate - Office 365 Apps; Virtual meeting platforms;

  • Design and Cutting Software and Digital Print knowledge a plus!

What will a leader do?



  • Knowledge of sales cycle through multiple distribution channels with experience in Apparel Decoration/Textile Graphics, Sign, and/or Digital Print Industries or other textile industries

  • New business development skills to quickly identify best prospects for new business and ability to expand business with existing distribution partners.

  • Strategic partner relationship management and support.

  • Technical knowledge of product offering - heat transfer vinyl and competitive apparel decoration technologies.

  • Strong customer service and account management skills.

  • Understanding of digital/social media engagement.

  • In-depth product knowledge with ability to quickly and concisely relay information to customers and end-users.

  • Understanding of the various apparel markets, as well as industry trends and competitive analysis; keeping current with these trends.

  • Creative presentation skills in multiple venues - one-on-one, trade show floor, training classes, virtual platforms, and seminars.

  • Good administrative skills to effectively manage reports, make multi-city travel plans, schedule multi-city appointments, trade show schedules.
