Job Description:
We are looking for a full-time Auto Finance Officer to join our team. This role will provide a detailed credit consultation for the customer, coordinate the loan process with the customer and our Financial Institute partners, secure financing and match the appropriate vehicles with the terms and conditions of the financing.

Hourly Wage：$33-$37

Work Hour: 40 hours/week

Language Requirement: English
Specifically, you will:
- Identify customers’ car purchase and loan needs and perform risk control
- Prepare loan plans and provide advice in accordance with loan objectives
- Evaluate and assess the customers’ credit history, income potential and ability to pay
- Collect documents, process paperwork and complete the loan process in a timely manner
- Ensure all vehicle financial contract documentation is accurate and properly submitted to our Financial Institute partners
- Submit customers’ loan applications, negotiate with Financial Institute partners to seek better loan plans for customers
- Propose solutions to help customers achieve goals based on the decisions on the loan applications
- Discuss various vehicle financing options along with warranty and aftermarket product options with customers
- Follow credit standards and regulations and achieve a high customer satisfaction rating
Job Requirements:
What makes you successful:
- Completion of high school is required
- Previous auto loan/credit-related work experience is an asset
- Strong knowledge and understanding of automotive loans and sales
- Strong financial skills, ability to read, analyze, and fully understand credit reports
- Proficiency in Microsoft Suits
- Positive attitude, honesty, and strong work ethics
- Customer-focused, detail-oriented, accurate and organized
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and ability to build relationships
