Job Description:

RESPONSIBILITIES:



  1. Direct overall administration of the bank.

  2. Serve as chief administrator of Human Resources/Personnel/Training, Marketing/Advertising/ Public Relations, Teller, IT and Operations Departments.

  3. Coordinate activities in accordance with established policies and procedures; assume responsibilities as appropriate in absence of CFO and CEO.

  4. Develop and implement the bank's operating policies and procedures as related to customer products/services/delivery and in accordance with bank strategic vision.

  5. Coordinate efforts to analyze operational problems and develop procedures for their resolution.

  6. Coordinate and manage efforts to establish and maintain policies and facilitate staff training to effectively implement bank policies and procedures.

  7. Recommend equipment changes/upgrades, etc. to maximize efficiencies and costs of delivery for ATM fleets, cash dispensers, etc. Coordinate with Security Officer to review and recommend upgrades to bank security systems as appropriate.

  8. Oversee deposit operations, loan operations and branch operations to ensure efficient operations and timely delivery of services to customers.

  9. Oversee Referral and Sales Program.

  10. Participate in senior management planning.



QUALIFICATIONS:



  1. Bachelor's Degree in business or equivalent combination of coursework and work experience

  2. A minimum of ten (10) years of experience in financial institution operations and management.

  3. Extensive proven background in financial institution operating procedures in all areas incumbent on position.

  4. Strong communication and presentation skills

  5. Strong managerial and coaching skills

  6. Team oriented

  7. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines

  8. Strong leadership and project management skills



TRAINING REQUIRED:



  1. Thorough knowledge of loan, deposit accounts, rules, procedures

  2. Customer Identification policy and procedures

  3. All functions of Horizon and LaserPro

  4. Thorough knowledge of debit card platforms/rules/operations

  5. All Federal and state regulations

  6. Ongoing training in all areas managed as required
