Project Architect Job

A reputable firm has an exciting opportunity for a self-motivated, experienced Project Architect to join their team of professionals dedicated to innovative solutions for our long-standing client base through dedication, passion, and design excellence. This firm has over 80 years of experience and serves a loyal customer base.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture


• Professional licensure or on the path to licensure


• 7+ years of experience in a professional design office


• Able to tackle a wide variety of projects like: hospitality, commercial, education, residential, and preservation


• Ability to direct, mentor and coordinate work efforts of project team


• Understanding of design, materials, construction practices and construction costs


• Demonstrated knowledge of relevant codes, operations, processes and trends with building codes and zoning ordinances


• Understanding of sustainable material selection for LEED compliance


• Ability to manage multiple projects


• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including InDesign, Photoshop and Illustrator


• Proficiency in AutoCAD software


• Proficiency in Revit
