What Qualifacations Are Required?



  • Bachelor Degree from an Accredited School or Equivalent

  • 5-12 Years of Experience Post Graduation

  • *Revit*, SKetchUP, 3D Modeling Skills

  • Abillity to provide never before seen designs, and next generation designs.

  • Excellent communication skills

  • Proven ability to work collaboratively and with members of cross-functional teams

  • Fluency in working with clients and illustrating design ideas



What Can You Expect to Be Doing?



  • Work with clients, the production team, and outside consultants to craft and complete designs

  • Develop design concepts for various client needs and building types

  • Perform document production by developing design and technical drawings. Conduct code and product research.

  • Follow up with project teams and ensure design accuracy is maintained

  • Work alongside senior staff to evaluate individual project needs and coordinate with consultants

  • Demonstrate motivation in seeking new responsibilities and challenges

  • Review drawings, ensure accurate document preparation
