Commercial Loan Officer
A community bank is looking for an experienced Commercial Loan Officer to join their team. They need someone who has a strong background in developing and maintaining new business and relationships in the surrounding community. Responsibilities for the Commercial Lender/Commercial Loan Officer
- Identify, solicit and cross-sell a wide range of commercial banking services by following a proactive sales and business development plan
- Develop new loans and manage the existing loan portfolio
- Prepare Loan Committee presentations
- Calculate Risk
- Increase market presence
- Assist with some day-to-day operations at the bank
- Provide a great customer experience
Qualifications for the Commercial Lender/Commercial Loan Officer
- 3+ years of direct Commercial Lending experience
- C&I and CRE experience
- Strong understanding of Credit Analysis and Underwriting
- Strong business development skills
- Proven track record in business development
- Preferably a 4-year degree in a related field
