Senior Interior Designer:


Our client is looking to grow their team by adding on an exceptionally talented Senior Interior Designer! This position can expect to focus on Corporate Office Interior Design, in a full-service design firm. The Senior Interior Designer is primarily responsible for leading design efforts, while managing a small group of interior designers and working alongside the project manager and design directors. The project scope includes globally recognized clients, that offer expansive spaces and a large amount of design creativity.

Senior Interior Designer Skills:


- Ability to meet with, interpret, and evaluate client requirements


- Develop and coordinate the detailed design concepts that meet creativity, functionality, and client needs


- Coordinate with internal and external consultants to bring design ideas to life


- Respond and act on technical complications and design issues as they arise


- Facilitate design management, execution, and follow through



Senior Interior Designer Technical:


- Skilled in Revit, SketchUp, InDesign, Adobe Softwares, CAD


- Prepare reports, project documentation, and specifications


- Code analysis, zone analysis, document reviews



Senior Interior Designer Requirements:


- 5-15 years of experience


- Bachelor Degree in Architecture or Interior Design


- Experience in all project phases from programming to build


- Competency in design specs, calculations, application of industry codes and standards


- NCIDQ, LEED AP preferred
