Interior Designer

• Space planning to enhance function, safety, and aesthetics of interiors.


• Design commercial office space, interior alterations, renovations, and new layouts.


• Attend client meetings, coordinate with construction project managers, and other design discipline.s


• Estimate material requirements and costs, and present design to client for approval.


• Produce architectural documents for permit submittal as well as construction.


• Prepare detailed working drawings, designs, plans, models and schemes, often using computer-aided design (CAD) software.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Interior Design from an accredited university required


• 3-8 years' experience


• Ability to develop preliminary drawings into construction documents. AutoCAD and Revit experience required


• 3D modeling/rendering required. Enscape and Photoshop proficiency preferred but not required


• Technical interior design knowledge required.
