Job Responsibilities & Description for Brand Marketing Manager:



  • Create and socialize brand guidelines for adherence to brand standards internally and externally.

  • Provide copywriting and work collaboratively on content creation for corporate website, company intranet, various other digital channels, social media, marketing collateral and presentations.

  • Play a critical role in organizing and developing content and communication in support of the company's annual conference.

  • Promote speaking opportunities and participation in industry associations, conferences, and awards.

  • Create collateral, design booths, and facilitate promotional items for team member recruitment.

  • Establish and track KPIs to understand what is performing, what is not and provide recommendations for adapting strategy.


Job Requirements for Brand Marketing Manager:



  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, Advertising or other related field, or equivalent experience

  • 5+ years brand management experience.

  • Ability to inform, influence and collaborate across functions and with all organization levels, while working independently and taking responsibility for tasks.

  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects at once and the desire to bring structure to undefined processes.

  • Experience with marketing/advertising on recruiting sites like LinkedIn, Indeed, Glassdoor, etc. is a plus.

  • Knowledge of video editing and graphic design software a plus.

  • Must be creative and have exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
