Job Description:
Maintain and administer computer networks and computer systems, including hardware and systems software, internal control applications, and operational software
Diagnose and troubleshoot network issues to resolve problems in business transactions and operations regarding private labeling services
Configure email applications, logistics systems, and virus protection software to ensure timely document preparation, freight-forwarding, and payment handling
Operate master consoles to monitor the performance of computer systems and networks and coordinate network access and use within the company
Manage company web-site functionality and coordinate security measures to protect sensitive company and customer data
Perform routine network startup and reboot procedures and recommend changes to improve network configurations
Oversee proper data and order maintenance and resolve user login delays or problems
Gather, maintain, and analyze data using SQL to interpret sales and customer data to evaluate the effectiveness and accuracy of current network systems
Implement and provide technical support for web-based on-line sales and marketing systems
Update security permissions and resolve issues regarding online registration, data loss, and order processing, etc.
