Job Description:
Involved in installing, configuring, and administrating IBM MDM applications on WebSphere and WebSphere in various environments. Designing, developing, and testing applications to meet business needs by following agile methodology. Involved in automating build and deployment process through build system to various environments. Designing and configuring continuous integration build systems through collaboration with development and IT teams. Involved with development and QA teams to deploy and troubleshoot the system applications. Analyzing and troubleshooting deployment issues in a timely manner. Executing a back out plan if necessary and recommending process improvements to ensure system scalability and reliability. Monitoring applications and databases from various environments using Dynatrace and OEM in a timely manner. Working with various teams like database, MQ, networking and users to resolve issues in a timely manner. Maintaining multiple environments and keeping them in sync as per project and production support release requirements. Documenting incidents, applications design, and implantation details. Use of WebSphere, WebLogic, WMQ, IBM HTTP Server, DataPower, Apache Web Server, Tomcat, Oracle, Jira, GIT, Visio, & Dynatrace. Position may require travel.
Job Requirements:
Minimum requirements
Education: Must possess Master’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
Experience: 12 months in the position offered or a related position.
Special skills:
Aforementioned 12 months of experience must include the following:
WebSphere, WebLogic, WMQ, IBM HTTP Server, DataPower, Apache Web Server, Tomcat, Oracle, Jira, GIT, Visio, & Dynatrace.
