Job Description:
Work with Nice Actimize team on issues reported by client. Work on various activities involving SAR implementations from IT side. Educate IT team on the various activities involving SAR implementation. Document requirements and estimation of development efforts. Prepare proposals including details on business and functional requirement, project duration, quality, and number of resources. Upgrade AIS, CTR, RCM as necessary. Integrate RCM with SAML SSO authentication to take the enterprise IDs from desktop and allow to access RCM application. Setup new Windows and Unix servers for AIS and RCM respectively. Interact with business analysts, and developers to assist them base line project requirements. Install and configure STAR to support AML-SAR. Configure workflow to generate SAR and CTR form and send it to FinCEN. Enhance GetNext alert functionality for AML and Fraud alerts. Develop Alert Ingestion process in AIS to ingest external alerts into RCM. Work on RCM policy Manager Rules for External Fraud. Design recommendation of current system, heading weekly meetings with IT and support team on any Actimize issues. Detect and resolve issues/failures in the Actimize job. Mentor and coach team in root cause analysis, debugging and testing along with imparting training on functional and technical aspects of the product. Optimize RCM Application by optimizing the queries running on the backend. Partition the database and work with DB team for better execution plan. Setup the Tuning and Authoring environment to tune the existing Production logins and transactions and to implement the rules in test mode before going to production. Develop Data integration and Response Exit points to return custom values. Work on AIS Visual Modeler and RCM designer to develop the AIS objects and the server monitor to troubleshoot the logs and monitoring the system performance. Utilize Actimize Platform, SAR, RCM, AIS, CTR, UNIX, Linux, and Microsoft Visual Studio. Position may require travel.
Job Requirements:
Minimum requirements
Education: Must possess Master’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
Experience: 12 months in the position offered or a related position.
Special skills:
Aforementioned 12 months of experience must include the following:
Actimize Platform, SAR, RCM, AIS, CTR, UNIX, LINUX, and Microsoft Visual Studio.
