Designer Qualifications
- Bachelor Degree from an Accredited School or Equivalent
- 3-12 Years of Experience Post Graduation
- Project Experience is flexible, background in relevant types is a bonus
- Revit, AutoCAD, SKetchUP, 3D Modeling Skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Proven ability to work collaboratively and with members of cross-functional teams
- Fluency in working with clients and illustrating design ideas
Designer Responsibilities
- Work with clients, the production team, and outside consultants to craft and complete designs
- Develop design concepts for various client needs and building types
- Perform document production by developing design and technical drawings. Conduct code and product research.
- Follow up with project teams and ensure design accuracy is maintained
- Work alongside senior staff to evaluate individual project needs and coordinate with consultants
- Demonstrate motivation in seeking new responsibilities and challenges
- Review drawings, ensure accurate document preparation
