Job Description:
Will onboard the customer and assist from a technical aspect and overall system design; responsible for gathering requirements, identifying unique customer use cases, and walking the customer through the different setup options; identifying and implementing best practices from a technical perspective; technical support such as API assistance, database assistance, technical error troubleshooting during implementations; ensure proper identification of use cases is necessary to set up all products, plans, charges, subscriptions, customers, etc properly and to enable a successful onboarding; be an expert on billing and revenue, and being able to work with a customer to identify the desired billing and revenue schedule for a given use case, and working with the customer to ensure they are trained and capable of identifying if the setup is as desired, or if something is wrong and needs further assistance; work with existing customers to ensure customer success on the platform, proactively identifying and resolving any technical issues; work directly with clients to provide rapid and accurate analysis of production issues (including solution tracking); provide outstanding technical support to Ordway customers globally and assisting the support team with technical questions.
Job Requirements:
BACHELOR'S DEGREE IN COMPUTER SCIENCE OR COMPUTER SCIENCE AND ENGINEERING PLUS FIVE YEARS OF WORK EXPERIENCE REQUIRED.
