Job Description:
We're currently searching for a highly-qualified Plumber Field Supervisor to join our team. The ideal candidate should have 8-10 years experience with at least 2 years supervisor experience. The successful candidate will be responsible for daily activities of all field personnel. Spend 90% of the time on job site measuring underground rough-ins, coordinating manpower, work schedules. Verifying/making materials list, schedule deliveries, etc. Be on every job site at least twice a week, more if the job conditions require.

Responsibilities:
Be intricately knowledgeable of plumbing plans for each job.
Go over project communication sheet with general contractors superintendent.
Know who, when, and where your people are at all times.
Verify job cost sheets are filled out daily and accurately.
Communicate with project manager on material purchases, rental equipment, labor needs, etc.
Report and document all injuries, violations of policy, etc.
Be professional, courteous and understanding to each employee and be focused on bringing the customer a first class job.
Fill out employee reviews quarterly.
Make proactive arrangements for material and fixtures to be delivered to the job or the warehouse
Make sure material and equipment are stored and secured properly
Keep project manager informed about changes to plans or job site conditions
No serious criminal background
Able to pass drug test
