Job Description:
Lead numerous Enterprise level projects in a wide range of technologies including Datacenter Routing and Switching, Cisco Unified Communications, Security, and Wireless.
Design and implement computer and information networks, such as local area networks (LAN), wide area networks (WAN), intranets, extranets, and other data communications networks.
Migrate Cisco 809/819 Routers to Cisco 1111 Routers as a part of refreshment project in different remote sites all over the United States.
Configure DMVPN tunnel across all the remote sites once they are upgraded to the new ISR routers and remove all the IPsec configuration
Upgrade the edge Palo Alto Firewalls that are out of date to the latest version
Configure and Troubleshooting Cisco Catalyst Switches 2900,3500,3600,3700 and Modular Switches 4500,6500 and 9000 series
Configure and Troubleshoot Wireless Access Points and connected over Cisco POE ports
Perform network modeling, analysis, planning, and coordination between network and data communications hardware and software.
Design and administer network and computer security measures.
Research and recommend network and data communications hardware and software.
Design, test and implement cost effective customized Voice solutions for clients including full and fractional E1 circuits
Build simulated networks and monitor them to ensure network availability to all system users and may perform necessary maintenance to support network availability
Interact with the customer technical team and internal teams for formulating the customer acceptable design.
Install / Upgrade / Migrate Voice over IP Solution for various customers, each with distinct requirements including but not limited to Cisco Communications Manager centralized cluster with remote sites running SRST functionality
Design backup strategy for sites and ensuring scheduled / unscheduled backups as per plan and restoration.
Configuration and implement Firewall and different Security Policies for all projects and fail over.
Travel required to unanticipated client locations throughout the U.S. required
