About the role
Global Treasury is responsible for safeguarding liquidity and optimizing the capital structure of AIG. We strive to be a valued partner to internal and external stakeholders by fostering collaboration and providing support that drives significant value for the business.

We are seeking a Treasury Analyst to join the Liquidity Management team. This role requires problem solving skills, attention to detail and strong work ethic. Responsibilities include, but not limited to the following:



  • Develop comprehensive financial analyses of business unit and corporate liquidity management, working closely with AIG's senior management.

  • Prepare liquidity forecast scenarios and validate underlying assumptions, providing sensitivity analysis to identify liquidity risks or concerns.

  • Execute corporate projects of a strategic and financial nature, working closely with business unit management and other members of the corporate team (FP&A, Controllers, Tax, Enterprise Risk Management, Investments, Investor Relations and Legal).

  • Conduct ad-hoc analyses and create presentations for AIG's senior management, Board of Directors and various stakeholders.

  • Partner with leadership across AIG to assess the financial implications of ongoing efforts towards AIG liquidity planning and capital management.


Job Requirements:



  • A Bachelor's Degree or higher in Finance, Accounting, or other quantitative or business-related discipline.

  • Ability to multitask and work well under pressure, maintain strong attention to detail and prioritize work within tight deadlines.

  • Corporate finance, financial modeling, business valuation and accounting skills recommended.

  • Advanced knowledge of MS Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.

  • Self-starter and team-player.

  • Excellent problem solving and analytical skills and a high level of intellectual curiosity.

  • Demonstrate professionalism in handling confidential and sensitive information.

  • 2+ years of relevant working experience is required.
