Position Title: Chief Executive Officer
Location: 210 Broadway, Ste. 201, Cambridge, MA 02139
Position Responsibilities: Devise industry-specific and technology-specific strategies and policies to meet organizational goals. Plan, direct, and coordinate all operational activities, drive continued development of proprietary AI products and tools, and attract new partners, investors and customers. Direct financial operations, coordinate and oversee employees assignments, analyze data to assess operational and project effectiveness, and develop organizational policies. Direct and coordinate budgeting activities, looking to maximize on investors contributions, and increase efficiency. Analyze operations of ongoing AI software development efforts, to evaluate performance of a company and determine areas of potential cost reduction, program improvement, or policy changes. Prepare budgets and other business plans for approval by a Board of Directors, including those for funding or implementation of programs. Confer with Board members to discuss issues, obtain approval for new initiatives, or resolve problems. Implement corrective action plans to resolve organizational issues. Negotiate agreements with suppliers and customers, State and Federal regulatory agencies, and other organizational entities. Review reports and proposals submitted by team members, relating both to the day-to-day operations of the company, and to the ongoing development of our proprietary algorithm. Organize and drive promotional campaigns, and business development activities in targeted business communities.
Position Requirements: Master’s degree (or foreign equivalent) in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related field PLUS demonstrable knowledge of: hiring of executive team members and individual contributors; fundraising from venture capital firms; business strategy, including product and fundraising strategy; organizational management and team structure; leadership experience in leading diverse, interdisciplinary, remote teams; management of early-stage product requirements definition; human resource management; finance and accounting for budgets, and sales
and cost predictions; business development experience with large B2B customers, and; building partnerships and channel partners. Required knowledge may be acquired prior to, or concurrent with, Master’s degree. May telecommute from any location within the U.S.
