A highly progressive company is looking for an experienced Commercial B2B Sales Managers, seeking a financially rewarding career in professional sales and sales management in the commercial collection services industry.


Job Description:


The Sales Manager will oversee sales territory Worldwide.



  • Direct outside sales/account management team to promote B2B profit recovery, outsourcing, and collection services to businesses only, NO Retail or consumer.

  • Be responsible for new business development and developing new relationships with prospective clients to ensure sales quotas.

  • Create sales presentations and proposals and negotiate service contracts.

  • Provide weekly sales updates to executive management.


Job Responsibilities:


Sales Managers are to be assertive with an aggressive results-oriented attitude.


You will enjoy a flexible schedule with no required evenings or weekends or significant travel.


Sales Managers are to participate in activities such as:



  • Meeting with and developing new B2B profit recovery and cash flow solutions, for commercial clients in all industries and of all sizes.

  • Leading sales and marketing efforts Worldwide.

  • Providing outstanding customer service to existing and prospective clients to retain, renew, and build a sales base.

  • Strategic planning and coordination to further promote, market, and sell profit recovery, outsourcing, and collection services to corporate customers.


Job Requirements:



  • Sales Managers will have a proven history in sales and outside sales in business development in the B2B profit recovery, outsourcing, and collection service.

  • Experience and ability to deal with C-Level Executives in a professional manner

  • Background in recruiting, training, and developing a direct sales team is a plus

  • Leadership aptitude and work ethic to lead by example in marketing B2B profit recovery, outsourcing, and collection services.

Desired Qualifications:


Experience in B2B Commercial Credit Collections Industry


An active client portfolio is a plus


This is a performance-based position, starting pay is Commission Only, for a probationary period, once a productive portfolio is established; Salary + Commission can be negotiated.


Experience with CRM platforms preferred.
