Job Description: Will be responsible for designing, coding, troubleshooting, and implementing proprietary software features systems in connection with ArcOS and related intelligent network software solutions for enhanced IP/MPLS services. Will be responsible for Software Engineering design, software implementation, development, testing, and SQA support throughout the entire software development cycle; will interface with architects and customer support to address specific customer feature requests and other customer issues; will code software using C programming language, develop new software on embedded systems, and will utilize Unicast routing (BGP4+, OSPF v2/v3), Multicast routing (PIM, Multicast over MPLS), IPv6 (6PE, 6VPE), MPLS related technologies, Unix/Linux environment, C/C++ programming language, TCP/IP stacks, Linux kernel networking stack, Broadcom SDK integration, routing and switching architecture.
Job Requirements: BACHELOR'S DEGREE IN APPLIED COMPUTER SCIENCE OR COMPUTER APPLICATIONS PLUS FIVE YEARS OF WORK EXPERIENCE REQUIRED.
