Job Description:
Providing support for development and production environments for mission critical Identity and Access Management systems. Technical consulting on complex projects, creating automated solutions, operational best practices for change and incident management, SLAs for both availably and delivery time to customers. Maintaining working knowledge of access management, directory services, Privileged Access Management (PAM), Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA), and upcoming technologies in the identity space. Providing solutions and operations for Identity and Access Management services for on-premises and cloud environments.
Participating in projects and initiatives working with IAM team members, architectural, development and engineering teams, service owners, and business stakeholders to provide enterprise IAM solutions that are scalable and adaptable with the ever-changing business needs and industry demands. Maintaining oversight and security across all Active Directory domains and trusts. Responsible for swiftly resolving disruptions to technology services to minimize user impacts and maintain service levels.
Reviewing the production readiness of technology solution implementations and application deployments and coordinates next steps across the involved teams. Overseeing and providing guidance on analysis of performance trends and actions being taken for preventing potential impacts. Possessing strong understanding of the tech and asset management industries and internal business units to enable navigation of key stakeholders and understanding of impact. Automation- Adhering to the Strategic theme of "Build once, use many times for development of the IT Automation framework would leverage/integrate with current processes and technologies. Use of MS Azure AD, OKTA, PingFederate, Ping Access, Ping One, Ping ID, CA SiteMinder, CA Access Gateway, Oracle Core ID, Sun One Directory Server, Oracle Directory Server, Active Directory. Position may require travel.
Job Requirements:
Minimum requirements
Education: Must possess a Master’s degree or equivalent in Computer Science or related field.
Experience: 12 months in the position offered or a related position.
Special skills:
Aforementioned 12 months of experience must include the following:
