I place professionals in the banking and finance industry--I'm a recruiter. I am working with a bank in the upper Midwest that specializes in commercial lending and they are adding to their lending team.
This role will focus on cannabis lending and conventional CRE loans; the person hired will build a book of business from the ground up and be handed internal referrals for the first 12 months. Use your current network as a springboard and expand on that network from coast to coast--there are no bank-preferred restrictions other than staying within the United States and those set by the government.
The bank is greater than $2BB in assets which allows lenders to do some very large loans. The individual loan officer's goal for annual production will be $40MM+ of new loans.
The benefits package includes multiple options to choose from for health insurance, they offer dental, vision, and life insurance, as well. Additional benefits like $5k Dependent Care Reimbursement, $5k tuition reimbursement for grad school and $3500 for undergrad, and a wellness reimbursement, plus a 401k match and stock options!
This is a fully, permanently remote role and there will be no travel involved -- the bank has systems and programs in place that ensure success.
Only qualified applicants will be considered and contacted.
Apply directly or send your resume to Sondrae dot Spade at gogpac dot com for immediate consideration.
All qualified applicants will receive consideration without regard to race, age, color, sex (including pregnancy), religion, national origin, disability, sexual orientation, gender identity, marital status, military status, genetic information, or any other status protected by applicable laws or regulations.
