I'm seeking a candidate for an Ag Lending role and am seeking varying levels of experience. Whether one has experience in farming, agronomy, at the co-op, or at the extension office, or one has 10 years of ag banking experience this client is open to the level of experience they hire.
The candidate hired will learn the credit process of lending as a loan officer in the bank, work directly with ag producers, and maintain existing and gain new relationships. The experienced Ag Loan Officer will inherit a book of business to take over.
