Job Description:
3280367 Nova Scotia Limited (wholesale bakery supply distributing company) is looking for a Supply control coordinator (NOC 1215) (Permanent / Full time position).
• Job title: Supply control coordinator (NOC 1215)
• Terms of employment: Permanent & Full time Position
• Location: 4 Juniper Cres, Halifax NS B3R 2H4
• Start Date: As soon as possible
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
• Co-ordinate shipping, receiving, storing, distributing and maintaining inventories of products
• Plan and organize with store level managers for upcoming flyer features
• Correctly use an electronic handheld device
• Schedule transportation crews and routes
• Train workers in job duties, safety procedures and company policies
• Prepare and analyze sales and stale reports
• Plan and organize operational logistics
• Track product flow from origin to final delivery point
• Resolve work related issues
• Follow up with suppliers and retail stores to schedule deliveries, outstanding and overdue delivery of materials, damages, and return of products
• Securing incremental floor space for products in high flow traffic areas to coincide with promotional and seasonal items
Academic, Training and Experience Qualifications
• Completion of secondary school required
• 2-3 years of previous experience are required.

• Fast paced environment, Work under pressure, Tight deadlines, Attention to detail
Wage
• Salary: $20.50 per hour for 30 hours a week at 52 weeks a year
