Sales and Marketing Manager (NOC 0124)
C&D Insurance Services Ltd
We are an insurance services company based in Vancouver, providing professional insurance advisory and brokerage services. We are looking for a sales and marketing manager. The position supports both products and sales channels to monitor profit, develop marketing and promotional strategy.
Job duties:
- Manage and handle routine marketing analysis and review.
- Liaise with the in-house team to develop marketing campaigns and promotion activities according to the latest local market trend.
- Monitor key performance metrics across sales and marketing channels to formulate integrated marketing strategies and advertising incentives.
- Monitor marketing campaign performance by performing comprehensive analysis and forecast.
- Research and benchmark various sales and marketing channels to manage the presence of the company.
- Prioritize, maintain budget and timeline on marketing activities.
- Provide feedback on insurance product development in view of sales and promotion cycles.
- Formulate a strategy to management on a marketing perspective.
- Address and assist post-sales-related marketing issues.
Job Requirements:
- A university degree or diploma in marketing, business, or related fields is required
- 3+ years related experience in managing sales and marketing, or related experience.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Previous exposure in the insurance or financial industry is a plus
- Strong organizational skills and self-motivated.
- Able to work independently and collaboratively.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Flexible to a changing environment and ability to drive change.
