Job Description:

Collaborate with Category Managers to drive purchase order strategies and achieve business objectives
Analyze seasonal and promotional inventory flow plans to ensure they meet customer demand and investment goals
Develop inventory flow strategies understanding merchandise strategies and priorities
Optimize processes to ensure proper inventory flow across fulfillment centers
Collaborate on demand plans with Category Manager, suppliers, and distributors
Respond to escalated issues related to order placement and validation
Analyze data and use bottom-up inventory planning to design strategy
Manage cross-functional projects to meet strategic financial plans
Model future inventory plans based on supplier capability
Leverage analytics to influence decisions
Effectively communicate objectives and results of financial and operational performance
Develop effective forecast models based on industry trends and demand patterns
Propose and implement solutions to improve demand forecast accuracy
Communicate forecast and inventory estimations effectively
Monitor and report on important changes in sales forecasts, budgets, and business strategies
Conduct weekly forecast maintenance
Address demand-related issues in a timely and effective manner
Observe and analyze weekly sale changes
Create, maintain and report weekly dashboard
Operational coverage when needed

Job Requirements:
Job entails working with and requires Masters in Supply chain or related field with 2 years of experience including:
Data Analysis (pandas, NumPy, Excel)
Data Warehousing (SQL, Redshift)
Data Visualization (Tableau, Chartio)
ERP (ORACLE EBS & Discoverer, SAP)
S&OP management, scenario modeling, experience building data models with large data sets.
Inventory management practices and procedures
Employer will accept any suitable combination of education, training, or experience. Employer will accept a masters degree (or foreign equivalent) in one of the requisite fields followed by 2 years of experience in Supply chain analyst or related position.
