Job Description:
We are seeking a Business Development Executive to act as the liaison between our Marketing and Sales teams. Your role will be to seek new business opportunities by contacting and developing relationships with potential Clients. You will engage with prospective Clients through outbound cold calling, social media, and email as necessary. As the Business Development Executive, you will be responsible for building Client and partner relationships, educating Clients on Foxillas services and value proposition. You will work closely with the President and Chief Operating Officer and Account Management team to ensure that new and existing Clients are “farmed” appropriately to maximize the relationship and drive revenue.

To be successful in this role, you should have previous experience developing leads from LinkedIn Marketing Solutions and meeting sales quotas. You will use your communication skills to cultivate strong relationships with Clients, from first contact until you close the deal. You will ensure proper after-sales service. • Qualify leads from marketing campaigns as sales opportunities
• Contact potential Clients through cold calls and emails
• Present Foxillas to potential clients
• Identify Client needs and suggest appropriate products/services
• Customize services to increase Client satisfaction
• Build long-term trusting relationships with Clients
• Proactively seek new business opportunities in the market
• Set up meetings or calls between (prospective) Clients and Account Executives
• Report to the President and Chief Operating Officer on (weekly/monthly/quarterly) sales results
• Stay up-to-date with new services and new pricing
• Participation and moderation of Foxillas events
• Schedule demo meetings with prospective Clients
• Operate efficiently through HubSpot CRM

Job Requirements:
Highly preferred candidates with Marketing Solutions selling experience.
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in Marketing, Business Administration or relevant field
• 3 years background in Business Development
• 3 years proven work experience as a Business Development Representative, Sales Account Executive or similar role
• The individual ideally has participated in Consultative selling and must have excellent contacts with corporate, which would facilitate consultative selling. They should have a good understanding of how these corporations operate.
• Ability to quickly understand and leverage our experience with a hunger for growth.
• Ability to acquire and care for Clients professionally and with passion.
• An average ability to use Microsoft office products. Specifically, PowerPoint™, Word™, Excel™. and Outlook™.
• Ability to use sales platforms, HubSpot CRM’s, etc.
• Enjoy being very busy, talking with Clients and finding solutions to their needs.
• Have the best characteristics of having fun, being patient, understanding, service oriented and having an overall friendly personality.
• Work well in a team environment with a “CAN DO” attitude.
• Ability to meet prospective Clients at their corporate headquarters.
• Ability to travel nationwide to Foxillas events for networking and meeting prospective Clients.
• Can conduct prospecting for new clients and leads, preparing and presenting marketing materials as well as scoping, pricing and negotiating pricing.
• Hands-on experience with multiple sales techniques (including cold calls)
• Track record of achieving sales quotas
• Understanding of sales performance metrics
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
