Job Description:
Harrens Lab Inc. has One job opening for Biochemist. Place to send resume/ working location: 3507 Breakwater Ave, Hayward, CA. Requirement:Master in Biology, bioengineering, or related field, plus 2 yr experience in laboratory environment as biologist, researcher, or related field.
Duty:1. Perform analytical methods using qPCR ((Real-time polymerase chain reaction), LCMS (Liquid chromatography–mass spectrometry), HPLC (High performance liquid chromatography), and GCMS (Gas chromatography–mass spectrometry) to analyze the composition of different food and supplement products.
2. Participate in Assay troubleshooting, qualification, and validation
3. Manage the procurement, use and maintenance of scientific equipment, instrument, and computer systems
4. generate documents such as SOPs and technical reports
5. coordinate with lab technicians and lab analyzers on SOPs, lab procedures, and safety protocols.
6. Conduct research and testing on fermented beverages, agriculture products, bio energy crops, and other potential testing fields.
Job Requirements:
Master in Biology, bioengineering, or related field, plus 2 yr experience in laboratory environment as biologist, researcher, or related field.
