Job Duties & Responsibilities: • Organize and supervise York branch operations of the company, improve operating efficiency, and ensure high-quality support is provided to York branch. • Report directly to the company CEO about York branch operations. • Review and refine company policies and processes at York branch to ensure York branch has operational controls in place, including setting up performance management system and establishing technical training processes. • Plan and implement sales strategies to increase sales of the training courses at York branch. • Design and conduct customers’ satisfaction surveys in order to maximize the branch business performance. • Build company branding and work with teachers to improve the training courses. • Negotiate contracts on behalf of York branch and build networks between York branch and other companies. • Hire, train and coach new and current staff and teachers at York branch. • Develop and implement pricing for training courses offered at York branch. • Oversee and improve the quality of courses at York branch in order to meet the market needs. • Determine salaries for York branch employees and teachers. • Create budget forecasts (under $100,000) and allocate spending in customer service, office supplies and marketing for York branch.
Terms of Employment: Terms of employment: Permanent Full-time Position Salary: CAD$64,116/year ($41.10 per hour for 30 hours a week) Language of Work: English
Job Requirements: Skills requirements: • Education: Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Business, Economics, Finance or related fields • Work Experience: One year or more of management work experience in the educational industry. • Ability to supervise more than 20 staff in various area of responsibility • Knowledge of MS Power Point, MS Office, MS Access, MS Outlook, LMS (Learning Management System), ERP (Enterprises Resource Planning), Lark, Chuangketie, Google Sheet, MikeCRM, WeChat, Zoom. • Excellent speaking and written communication skills in English • Be able to work well under pressure, with a large caseload and in a fast-paced environment while meeting tight deadlines and maintaining attention to details. • Night shifts are frequently required due to working with Chinese partners Contact information: Contact person: Yuchen Gu Website: www.savvypro.ca Phone number: (647) 832-2577 Email: hr@savvyuni.com
