Estate Planning Attorney
We recently partnered up with a well-established Wealth Management firm who is looking to bring on an experienced Estate Planning Attorney. MUST have 2-3 years' exp. in the Farm and Ranch industry. This is an opportunity to grow both personally and professionally while working with some of the best in the business.
Responsibilities include:
- Drafting wills, trust agreements, and other estate planning documents.
- Assisting with all aspects of estate planning including formation of limited partnerships, LLCs, charitable entities, etc.
- Collaborating on estate and trust administration issues including estate and gift tax issues.
Required skills and qualifications include:
- Farm and Ranch experience REQUIRED!
- Bachelor's Degree
- 2-3 years+ of experience working in a transactional legal practice.
- Able to work REMOTE, Hybrid or In-office.
- Superior academic credentials.
- Outstanding written and verbal communication and analytical skills.
- Strong interest in developing an estate planning legal practice and working with client management teams to solve challenging and sometimes unique problems.
- Self-motivated and ability to work both independently and collaboratively with other deal team members.
Pay:
- DOE - He will hire on salary, contract, whatever the person wants to do.
Experience:
- Transactional Law: 2-3 years+
License/Certification:
State Bar of Texas License
