Job Description: Answer call and check voicemail, and direct it to appropriate department or concern persons. Greet visitors and answer their queries. Schedule appointments of the employer. Prepare a variety of high quality written letters and other documents. Photocopy, fax, file and other general admin and clerical duties as required. Schedule conferences within the department. To look after the complete office work, reviewing emails, and forwarding it to the appropriate Supervise and train other office support staff if needed. Maintain and update clients database, organize and maintain client files and records. Ensure smooth operation of office equipment and order the supplies to be used in the office.
Job Requirements: Completion of High School. Post-Secondary education and/or atleast 6 months work experience in Administrative position.
