Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Manage multiple marketing and e-Commerce projects concurrently throughout full lifecycle, from creative briefs, project start up, execution through completion and reporting.

  • Obtain approval on proposed scope and prioritize changes.

  • Detail-oriented and disciplined with the ability to multi-task and operate in a fast-paced environment.

  • Successfully deliver projects on time, on brand, and on budget

  • Work closely with team members on creative direction for each project.

  • Brainstorm and mockup layouts for review with team members.

  • Design and format print and digital marketing materials including booklets, brochures, fliers, icons, logos, web graphics and other marketing collateral, as needed.

  • Develop compelling and creative marketing collateral.

  • Coordinate with the print, production & logistics team on print and delivery of materials.

  • Digital, e-Commerce and multi-channel marketing experience.

  • Produce quality work in a fast-paced environment, meeting short-term and long-term deadlines.

  • In-depth experience managing PPC campaigns across Google, Yahoo and Bing.

  • Experience with bid management tools, SEM/SEO Strategies, and reporting.

  • Proficient with Salesforce, HubSpot or Business Central Microsoft 365.


  • 3-5 years of experience in Marketing, Paid Search, and reporting

  • BA/BS degree

  • Google Certified

  • Proficiency at Adobe Creative Suite - InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop, Adobe Acrobat

  • Advanced knowledge of computer systems and processes and PC desktop applications such as MS Project, Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
