1.Develop and execute to the full scope of various sales and marketing campaigns, from organizing events to determining budgets and reporting.
2.Develop and implement detailed distribution plans and recommend marketing policies regarding program-specific requirements.
3.Lead the team to conduct paid digital marketing campaigns across various platforms, including Facebook, Linked In, YouTube, and Google (SEO).
4.Develop, recommend, and administer the annual budget for the sales and marketing activities, and ensure that the expenditures are controlled and maintained within approved budget limitations.
5.Maintain VJ Supplies’ online presence, effectively identify high-potential audiences across paid-media platforms and optimize our ad reach to these segments.
6.Manage and develop existing and new partner relationships that include Google, Linked In, and Facebook.
7.Drive market research efforts and analyze findings to increase understanding of customer needs.
8.Engages with key stakeholders to ensure alignment with VJ Supplies’ service delivery model, and cross-functional services are delivered cost-effectively.
9.Manage, motivate, and train sales and marketing staff and manage external marketing agencies, ensuring effective teamwork, high standards of work quality and organizational performance.
10.Evaluate staff performance, approve salary increments and recommend disciplinary action when necessary.
Job Requirements:
1.A college diploma in business administration, marketing or a relative field is required.
2.Minimum of three years experience related to marketing or sales of IT electronic products.
3.Ability to work well with a variety of people ranging in various technical levels.
4.Well-developed project management and problem-solving skills are required.
5.Capable of working both independently and as part of a team.
6.Open-minded with a passion for learning a wide range of IT software and hardware products.
