Job duties:
- Oversee the complete operation of the company; ensure the company’s compliance with policies and laws
- Oversee all film projects profit & loss
- Establish and enforce company procedures and policies
- Be in charge of hiring, selecting and evaluating staff; manage the recruitment process
- Film product branding and new market development
- Customer relationship management
- Maintain artist/film agreements
- Artist management
- Liaise with local and overseas distributors
- Film production control including production schedules, expenses and budget control
- Film sales and license management
Job Requirements:
Work Experience Requirements:
-Minimum 5 years management experience in media and film production industry
-Strong communication and leadership skills
-International cultural literacy
-Strong analytical, decision-making, and problem-solving skills
