Field Service Mechanic Tech Technician Engineer Install Repair Calibrate Maintain Maintenance 3 Axis CNC Woodworking Machine Tools - .
REGIONAL TRAVEL ONLY
Seeking expertise installing, setting up, tuning, troubleshooting, and repairing CNC machine tools.
Activities:
*** Hands-on installation, repair, and maintenance of CNC Woodworking Machine Tools such as: Sliding Table Saws; Jointer-Planers; Belt Sanders; Brushers; Boring & Mortising Machine Tools; Heated Veneer Presses; Shapers ; Edgebanders; Stroke & Edge Sanders; Bandsaws; Panel Saws; Dust Extactors; Power Feeders; Loading & Handling Robots, etc.
*** Train customers on proper and safe start up, cleaning, operating, and shutting down procedures.
*** Troubleshoot and repair servo motion systems for multi-axis machine tools.
*** Repair, install, and replace spindle drives, servo motors, bearings, ball screws, bar feeders, hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical components, etc.
