Job Description:
Alaant Workforce Solutions has a fantastic REMOTE role in the pharmaceutical industry. This would be working with a growing organization in a direct hire role. You’ll be the front line of reviewing and assisting with contracts as well as related pricing matters, and compliance to those terms. If you love all things contracts, this job is for you!
Hours and Benefits for the Manager, Pricing and Contracting:
• Monday through Friday, 8am to 5pm

Responsibilities for the Manager, Pricing and Contracting:
• Coordinate and manage internal external contracts for critical language, compliance and standard terms
• Compare and monitor compliance to contracted terms with GPOs
• Collect, analyze and summarize data from internal teams related to contracted performance terms for business review meetings. These details will include sales, fees, inventory and other adjustments
• Collaborate with Finance, Sales and Legal teams to ensure consistency between contracts
• Watch for pricing trends with customers and within the industry, making recommendations for changes when appropriate.
• No direct reports
Requirements for the Manager, Pricing and Contracting:
• Computer proficiency in MS Excel to input, manage and analyze various points of data; Outlook, PowerPoint for day to day presentations and communication.
• Experience reviewing and suggesting contract language for standard terms and conditions as well as non-standard contracts
• Collaborative interpersonal skills to help various departments on ad-hoc or planned reports, projects and other needs
• Experience analyzing and reviewing pricing and market trends including financial data, competitive intelligence
• Experience working within pharmaceutical, medical device, or other specialized manufacturing industry dealing with GMP, GDP or ISO type processes preferred
