Job Summary
Position Overview
McElroy is searching for a Loader in our Sunnyvale, TX manufacturing facility. We are looking for motivated individuals who enjoy working as a team. The Loader will be responsible for fulfilling orders, preparing them for delivery and safely loading product.
Responsibilities
Position Details:
Identifies and pulls product to fulfill orders
Ensures quality and quantity of product being loaded
Determines how to properly structure loads to ensure required weight distribution and damage prevention on truck or vehicle
Unloads incoming product and completes proper paperwork

What Will Make You Successful:
3 months+ experience in a shipping environment
Safety oriented
Ability to lift 50+ pounds repetitively
Ability to stand for duration of shift
Previous experience operating a forklift
Overhead crane experience a plus
Flexibility to work overtime and weekends when needed
