We are now looking for a skilled Finance officer with respect to a full-time position. The successful candidate will be responsible for effective and timely implementation of financial operations and policies of the company.



KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Create and implement financial policies to guarantee operational efficiency.
Oversee the preparation and planning of budgets.
Maintain records and receipts for all daily transactions.
Ensure financial records are kept up-to-date with the latest transactions and changes.
Contribute to financial audits.
Monitor all bank deposits and payments.
Perform periodic financial analysis to detect and resolve problems.
Prepare balance sheets and invoices.


REQUIREMENTS:

College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 3 months to less than 1 year
At least 2 years of experience in a similar role.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Both written and verbal communication skills / abilities.
Able to develop ideas and processes and clearly express them.
High degree of independent judgment.
Able to solve complex problems.


CONDITION OF EMPLOYMENT:

Full-time, permanent position consisting of at least 35 weekly work hours.
The remuneration will be set at CAD 24.50 per hour.
Occasional overtime may be required for meeting critical deadlines. Overtime pay will apply after 44 hours of work per week and will be remunerated at one and a half time the regular pay rate.
Work Location: 10 Planchet Rd, unit 16, Concord, Ontario, L4K2C8.
