Title of the position: Project Administration Officer
Job duties:
Report to Director, Financial Services (DFS);
Manage work as directed by DFS, between Complete Construction and all our suppliers, including scheduling, coordinating meetings, and setting appointments for supervisors and managers, co-ordinate and plan for office services, including accommodation
Coordinate project-related administrative procedures, including filing, bookkeeping, expense reports, utility service planning, IT systems, permit applications, and related paperwork
Responsible to work as directed by DFS to manage schedules and systems for international clientele, mindful of time zones
Assemble data and prepare periodic and special reports, manual and correspondence
Work as directed on budgeting, timelines, and cash flow projections for the projects and each stage of development and ensuring project proceeds on time and on budget
Work with DFS to provide recommendations so project proceeds on time and on budget, including calculating work hours and expenditures to stay within set parameters
Work with marketing and sales personnel to ensure proper inputs are provided to them
Forecasting potential issues and opportunities to DFS, based on analysis of data provided.
