Job Requirements:
Job duties
Create and assess sale strategies based on product and development plan to increase market occupancy to achieve overall sale indicator;
Plan and direct appropriate proposals based on data analysis in different markets;
Set up proper regulation in the sales department to guide operations and procedures;
Develop suitable sales plans to promote new services and products;
Establish and maintain the relationship with customers and deal with problems in communication process of the sales contracts;
Be good at goal management, goal decomposition, process management, regular revision, and goal achievement. Take charge of recruitment and training of the sales department, track the progress of each area, manage team sale performance;
Lead and cultivate a positive sales culture in a competitive environment that supports the ongoing development of sales team members through the growth of creative and innovative programming;
Cooperate with the marketing department to do marketing research and exchange views of the industry;
Liaise with the cooperative partners to following their latest upgrade in intrusion alarm systems, CCTV camera surveillance systems, high-end home theatre systems, and intelligent housing technology and products;
Develop Business Customer Outreach strategies to acquire new customers;
Maintain a high level of knowledge in the B2C technology industry with its trends and growth opportunities, actively participate in related professional activities, staying at the forefront of the profession;
Provide data-driven analytical reports on project performance.

Bachelorís degree, preferably in Technology/Engineering, or Sales & Marketing with Technical background, or equivalent. (required);
At least 3 years of sale experience and 1 year of sales management experience, preferably in a related industry. (required);
1 years of hardware and software sales management experience;
Strong sales, analytical, organizational, planning, verbal, and written communications skills;
Experience leading a high-performance team in a fast-paced environment and executing effective marketing strategies;
Proven ability to solve problems, develop and implement thoughtful and practical solutions;
Experience in coaching and training;
A high degree of emotional intelligence, a strong work ethic, executive, responsible righteous, and reliable.
