Job Description:
Technical Support Customer Service Center Phone Representative Counter Person Parts Sales Assistant Inventory CNC Machining Machine Tools Machinery Industrial Equipment _ .
Seeking a machine tool Service Desk specialist who can talk customers and service technicians through component identification, problem solving, and part ordering for CNC Machine Tools including mills, grinders, and lathes.
Required:
*** Hands-on experience with CNC Machine Tools or equivalent technical knowledge, must be able to act as the technical expert for customers and field service technicians.
*** Ability to assist with building machines in-house, loading software and firmware, troubleshooting PLCs, etc. when not needed on the phone.
Shall:
*** Act as the key technical resource for customer contacts and field teams. Identify problems, inspect drawings and schematics, and define solutions.
*** Visit machine building shop and walk customers through identifying parts.
*** Assist with ordering replacement or spare parts.
*** Schedule field service calls and coordinate with service team.
