Job Description:
• Performs routine maintenance on building interior and exterior.
• Maintains a schedule of when maintenance has been performed and when next service is due.
• Works in a safe manner and recognizes unsafe situations.
• Takes appropriate action to ensure safety of themselves and others in building.
• Read and interpret equipment manuals and work orders to perform required maintenance and service.
• Diagnose problems, replace or repair parts, test and make adjustments.
• Perform a variety of plumbing maintenance and carpentry functions
• Use a variety of hand and power tools, electric meters and material handling equipment in performing duties
Job Requirements:
• High School education
• 1 - 2 years of previous experience in related industry or field
• Professional communication skills (verbal & written)
• Strong attention to detail in a dynamic work environment with the ability to consistently recognize changing priorities
• Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office; strongly prefer ERP manufacturing specific software
• Enthusiastic team player, Creative thinker, focus on bottom-line results.
• Time management skills.
• Ability to work in harsh environment
