HR Management Professionals!


A Sacramento area manufacturer continues to expand operations and is URGENTLY looking for an Human Resources Manager to handle essential HR compliance duties. An ideal candidate will be a true "people person" who has a positive impact on the company culture as a supervisor.


Responsibility:


To lead HR and Admin activities to support business in the Americas, mainly includes the California plant.



  1. Act as HR Business Partner to provide proactive HR advices and support to various business functions as to achieve organizational & business goal;

  2. Develop and implement of HR policies, HR plans, projects and programs;

  3. Plan and execute end-to-end recruitment activities in order to achieve effective hiring results to support business needs;

  4. Partner with business leaders to manage the employee life cycle, from talent acquisition, onboarding orientation, compensation and benefits, learning and development, performance management and employee engagement for greater efficiencies and quality;

  5. Oversee and check monthly payroll, review, design, implement and manage compensation and benefits programs and initiatives which include base and variable pay, medical, retirement plans and other reward programs;

  6. Stays abreast of changes in regulatory requirements against existing procedures and systems to provide recommendation for legal compliance;

  7. Prepare various kinds of HR reports and analysis including headcount, payroll, budget etc. and consolidate for management review;

  8. Represent the Company in applicable law suits, grievances and complaints in related to labor disputes;

  9. Oversee office administration including but not limited to procurement, repair and maintenance, leasing affairs etc;

  10. Manage HR & Admin team to ensure the smooth running of the business.



Requirements:


1) Bachelor degree required


2) More than 5 years related managerial experience in a same position


3) Well versed in labor law & regulations


4) Strong characteristic to drive change and be results oriented


5) High sense of responsibility and urgency, can work multitasks under pressure and meet tight timeline


6) Positive working attitude, willing to roll up the sleeves to get the job done on schedule.


7) Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Language ability in Chinese is preferred.
